Before leaving home, have you:

• Opened the app to refresh the data?

​Top Tip: leave the app open on your phone (running in the background) to ensure you have access in school
even with no signal

While in school:

• Collect the paper register for groupings from the teacherg

• Review rider information: Access and review the information of the riders you'll be instructing in the All Riders
  section

• Check the Rider Summary Report for medical and SEND information

• Post Level 1: Complete rider feedback for Level

• Post Level 2: Complete rider feedback for Level

• Complete Post-Course Survey: Gather feedback from riders using a hands-up survey while co-instructor
  inputs the numbers

 

Top Tip: Select your specific riders to enable you to enter feedback for ALL RIDERS in that specific group. You can tweak individually or enter entire individual feedback as you prefer.

Top Tip: If the app is running slowly, this is most likely due to poor signal – click on the profile button and switch to offline mode. Once you have better signal, switch to online mode to refresh and upload the data you have entered.

After arriving home, have you:

• Opened the app to refresh the data?

IMPORTANT:
Some of the digital tasks do not need to be completed by both instructors, you can delegate these
tasks between you.

Split the riders between you when entering feedback– two instructors must not enter data for the
same rider.

• Any notes entered on Cycle & Kit Check and Rider Withdrawn will be immediately sent directly to

parents/carers on Save

• All rider data values must reconcile for the event:

- does the number of completed/absent riders match the total number of riders registered for the course (top left corner of main event screen)?
- does the number of surveyed riders match the total number of riders?
- Have you completed feedback for all completed riders for both Level 1 and Level 2?

• You are NOT required to input Rider Characteristics data i.e. statistics on gender, SEND, pupil 
  premium and ethnicity. This will be done by your administrator.

• Do NOT screenshot any personal data of riders, school staff or Cycle North staff from the app or
  share that data with anyone else except with your co-instructor during the delivery of the course
  only. This is part of our Data Protection policy and GDPR.
